Meals:
Meals are not included but can be purchased at the time of check in for pick up in Coldfoot (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes after take off)

Luggage Limits:
Due to limited weight on the plane guests are asked to limit their day bags to 5 pounds per person.

Reservation Requirements:

• Name of each guest

• Individual body weight of each guest
  

Deposit/Payment:
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour date. Full payment is due for any reservation made within 30 days of the tour date. Credit cards accepted are Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation:
100% refundable if cancelled outside of 2 days prior to the tour date.
